Since 2007,

Creator's Voice has been serving children and families in New York City.

As Creator's Voice finishes our 20th year of service, this milestone is an opportunity to celebrate the past and re-affirm what we’re here for. In 2026, our team spent time in reflection to clarify our mission and vision. Our heart for serving the community has not changed -- but we're grateful for the chance to put clearer words to what our assignment is.

Our Team

Alice Tam

Founder & Executive Director

Since its founding, Alice has overseen youth and family programming, organizational strategy, and financial administration.

She holds a Doctor of Ministry in Ministry Leadership from Liberty University and a Master of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary.

Shirley Huang

Founder & Program Director

As a co-founder, Shirley has served Creator's Voice's after-school and youth programming for two decades, providing education, mentorship, and counseling for hundreds of children and families in the Chinatown community.

She holds a Master of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary and B.A. from Hunter College.

John Park

Program Manager

John has worked in youth development in NYC as an educator, civil servant (Mayor’s Office), and nonprofit consultant. His heart is to see young people find the truest healing, calling, and fulfillment.

John holds a B.A. in Statistics from Yale University.
